Superbacked’s mission is to develop a secret management platform used to privately and securely back up and pass on sensitive data from one generation to the next.
As more aspects of life involve encryption and blockchain technology, we realize that securing digital assets requires strong governance that will outlive us. We also recognize that our loved ones might not be technologists (let alone cypherpunks). As a result, developing a network of institutional custodians is mission-critical. We call them Superbacked operators and they will assist in planning ahead to ensure our heirs can recover these assets.

At Superbacked, for obvious reasons, we can’t move fast and break things. This philosophy extends to how we evaluate and onboard people like you to the team.
Our evaluation process is inspired by the self-determination theory, ensuring that a role is deeply aligned with your intrinsic motivations while meeting your needs and leveraging your strengths.
As a result, the evaluation process goes far beyond assessing knowledge—we want to get to know you, the real you.
