As a result, the evaluation process goes far beyond assessing knowledge—we want to get to know you, the real you.
When applying for a role, please complete and upload your VIA Survey using the “Strengths” field (using a pseudonymous identity is totally fine). That 10-minute character test will help us identify your greatest strengths.
